The total investment for the renovation of 2 million LED street lights is 4.89 billion yuan, plus a total loan interest rate of 6.1 billion yuan. During the 9-year life of LED street lights, a total of 13.5 billion yuan will be saved, and the local government will receive 7.4 billion yuan in energy-saving benefits.
