Features:
1. Two signal detection circuit merge technology, high sensitivity and strong anti-jamming capability.
2. Signal processing is automatically calculated by a digital chip, which quickly learns the best detection phase and can store more than 100 types of products, ensuring stability and reliability.
3. All-digital DSP programming design with a liquid crystal screen and membrane switch touch control panel. (The maintenance cost of the touch screen is low, and the failure rate is extremely low.)
4. Self-learning function and high sensitivity, capable of recognizing different types of products.
5. The entire machine is made using stainless steel laser cutting and fiber drawing technology, with food-grade PVC or PU conveyor belts, Japanese brand bearings, and 304 seamless steel tube rollers. It uses Japanese Mitsubishi synchronous belts and German JSCC brand motors.
6. Alarm mode includes buzzer warning and automatic stop. It has strong shockproof ability, and collisions or impacts will not cause false alarms.
7. It can be connected to a production line for automated inspection during the manufacturing process.
