This year, the situation of China's commercial vehicle market is not optimistic. Some problems in the special-purpose vehicle market are gradually fermenting, and various contradictions are beginning to emerge. Some security incidents have been repeatedly exposed by the media. Under the current profound changes in the domestic and international economic situation, where is the way out for the special-purpose vehicle market? Recently, during the 2014 China (Shanghai) Special Purpose Vehicle Industry Development International Forum, Wang Xia, president of the China International Trade Promotion Council Automotive Industry Branch, explained the special-purpose vehicle market.
Reporter: This year, what is the situation facing China's special-purpose vehicle market?
Wang Xia: Since the beginning of this year, the situation of China's special-purpose vehicle industry is very serious. The harshness I said includes two aspects:
First, the external economic environment is changing. China's economy is in the period of growth rate shift, structural adjustment pain period and the previous period of stimulus policy digestive period. The three phases are superimposed, and the downward pressure on the economy is very large, which poses a huge challenge to the special-purpose vehicle industry. From January to July this year, China's commercial vehicle industry has experienced a decline, and the situation throughout the year is not optimistic.
Second, the industry's own problems have become a huge obstacle to the development of special vehicles. Over the years, the problems caused by the special-purpose vehicle industry in the process of rapid development have accumulated over the years. In the case of the market's continued sluggishness, various contradictions are intertwined and intensified. It is said that in the first half of this year, a series of serious traffic accidents occurred in the country. Among these accidents, dangerous chemicals transport vehicles have become the protagonists of the accident. At the same time, the problems of special vehicles producing illegal vehicles, trading certificates, and production consistency have also been frequently exposed by the media. These incidents made the special car look a bit gray in front of the public.
Reporter: How does China's special-purpose vehicle industry adapt to changes in the external environment?
Wang Xia: Let me talk about how to adapt to the external environment. The special-purpose vehicle industry is greatly affected by the macroeconomic situation. It has a clear judgment on the current macroeconomic situation and future trends, which will help us keep up with the rhythm of economic development and identify the potential market and development direction in the future. Since last year, the adjustment of structure, transformation and upgrading, the new normal of China's economy, and micro-stimulus have become the key words to describe the status quo of China's national economic development. These keywords tell us that we must re-recognize the macroeconomic environment, re-evaluate market demand, and re-plan the development model of the enterprise. In short, our company should change the way we live.
In the case of a market downturn, our inertia thinking is to find a breakthrough in the market and a new growth point. For example, since 2011, China's special-purpose vehicle industry has bid farewell to high growth, and companies have begun to pay special attention to investment, exports and domestic demand growth. That is, from that time on, trucks and special-purpose vehicles are paying more attention to market segments and customers. The most typical example is that more and more companies are starting to get close contact with logistics companies.
I am very happy to see that today's forum has invited many CEOs of the logistics industry. The Guangzhou International Commercial Vehicle Exhibition we host will be held in November. At that time, we will invite professional visitors from the logistics industry from all over the country to visit the exhibition and participate in the Logistics and Transportation Vehicle Summit Forum. At the China Day event at the Hanover Commercial Vehicle Show (IAA) held next month, domestic and foreign trucks, special vehicles and logistics companies are actively signing up. The close contact between trucks, special-purpose vehicles and logistics users reflects the eagerness of commercial vehicle companies to start from the demand side and look for breakthroughs in transformation and upgrading.

High Precision Machining

High Precision Machining is defined as a process of changing the dimensions or the performance of workpiece with machining facilities.

According to the temperature of the workpiece while in machining, high precision machining can be divided into cold working and hot working. Usually, machining under indoor temperature, and won't change cause chemical change or phisical phase change is named cold working. On the other hand, if under temperature, higher or lower than room temperature, which will lead to chemical changes or phase changes, it will be called as hot working.

For high precision machining, the machining tolerance can be up to 0.0001-0.001mm, the surface finish Ra can be 0.02-0.1um.

Machining precision is to describe the actual geometrical parameter of the part after machining, such as the size, the form, the position, comparing with the theoretical geometry parameter. The difference from these two parameters is the machining tolerance. The number of the difference show the machining accuracy, the bigger, the lower of the machining precision, the smaller, the higher machining precision.
