2. Structural Characteristics
This machine is a specialized reciprocating steel shot blasting system, consisting of a blasting chamber, blasting wheel assembly, roller conveyor, abrasive recycling system (including screw conveyor, elevator, and separator), dust removal system, and electric control system.
Blasting Chamber
The blasting chamber is constructed from profiled steel and welded steel plates, offering a strong, sealed, and spacious working area for efficient blasting operations. It includes components such as the chamber body, gate, side walls, roof, and protective panels.
Blast Wheel Assembly
The blast wheel assembly consists of a blast wheel shell, motor, inlet tube, blade, impeller, directional nozzle, sand block plate, and protective panels. All wear parts, including blades and protective panels, are made of 20% high-chromium cast iron for durability.
Screw Conveyor
The screw conveyor includes a reducer, screw shaft, conveying housing, and rolling bearings. It is a standard horizontal conveying device for abrasive media and plays a vital role in the abrasive recycling system of the blasting machine.
Bucket Elevator
The bucket elevator comprises a speed reducer, upper and lower drums, transmission belt, buckets, enclosure, and tensioning device.
Separator
This machine utilizes an advanced Model BE full shutter-type separator, composed of an air wash zone, barrel sieve, conveying screw, abrasive hopper, and manual abrasive control valve.
Dust Removal System
The dust removal system employs either cartridge or bag-type filters, ensuring effective exhaust during operation. The dedusting efficiency reaches up to 99.6%, with powder density below 100mg/m³, which exceeds national standards significantly.
Electric Control System
The system features a shot ball circulation failure alarm function. If any component fails, the system automatically stops to prevent jamming and damage to power devices.
