The integral enclosed housing ensures even stress distribution and eliminates local deformation. The robust housing increases strength. Gear shafts and main spindles are made from high-quality carbon steel, with important parts undergoing high-standard heat treatment. The main spindle is supported by high-capacity ball bearings, providing smooth movement and long service life. Even under high load conditions, components operate safely for extended periods.
The square steel and working plate are made of high-quality carbon steel, while the pile head and pile tip use alloy steel with high-hardness heat treatment for reliable, long-term use. The brake motor, adjustable square steel, and bolt-type positioning disc allow for self-returning discs, convenient angle adjustment, and precise bending angles.
Before using, add enough lubricating oil to the spindle sliding sleeve—no need for constant refueling like ordinary machines. Operation and maintenance are simple. The bending mode can be switched between manual and automatic with the brake motor.
