Radiator Recycling Machine Introduction:
The radiator recycling machine is designed to cut and separate copper pipes from aluminum in air conditioners. Before using this machine, radiators should be cut with a band saw into pieces of specific widths. It can process one or two layers of radiators. If the radiators have more than two layers, they need to be cut into one or two layers first.

Radiator Recycling Machine Working Principle:
The radiator recycling machine is designed to cut radiators from air conditioners and separate copper pipes from aluminum. It can be divided into two types: small type and combined type. For the small type, you need to classify the radiators, remove the mounting frame, adjust the internal parts, all done manually, which results in low productivity and high investment. On the other hand, the combined radiator recycling machine can strip radiators without pre-processing, eliminating the need to remove the frame and feeding via conveyor, allowing continuous operation. It offers high efficiency in stripping copper pipes and aluminum foil, ensuring metal blocks and granules, with no dust produced.
Radiator Recycling Machine Description:Â
 1. Compressing Part: This is the radiator compressing system, using a gear compressor to remove the aluminum part from the radiator.
2. Radiator Input Plate: Normally there are 3 parts for radiator input, each with different widths for various sizes of radiators. Customers need to place the appropriate size radiator on it.
3. Handle: There are 6 handles on the machine to adjust the blades inside.
4. Motor: Two motors are located on both sides of the machine.
5. Control Panel: Includes Start, End, and Emergency buttons.
6. Blades: Used for cutting radiators.
