Q: What is our payment policy?
A: -100% advance payment is preferred.
-Orders under USD10,000 require full prepayment.
-Irrevocable L/C at sight is accepted for most orders.
-Irrevocable L/C with less than 60 days term may be acceptable after negotiation.
-L/C with more than 60 days term will not be accepted.
-D/P at sight may be considered after negotiation, but other terms are not accepted.
-D/A and O/A are generally not accepted.
-Partial payment is negotiable, but we usually require at least 30% advance, with the balance paid before shipping.
Q: What is the lead time for your orders?
A: -The standard lead time is 45-60 days, depending on the order size and production schedule.
-Lead time starts from the date of receiving the L/C or advance payment as agreed in the contract.
-Some urgent orders can be fulfilled within 30 days or even faster, subject to approval.
Q: Is there a minimum order requirement?
A: -Yes, the minimum order value is USD2,000.
