The 1/4LNN hydraulic misting nozzle is designed to produce a fine, hollow cone spray using only liquid pressure. This makes it ideal for applications where air assistance is not available. The nozzle features a core and orifice tip that work together to create a uniform and consistent mist, ensuring effective coverage. The metal series options come with or without an integrated strainer, and they are available in both medium and wide spray angles. The separate nozzle head allows for easy removal and cleaning, and it connects directly to the threaded body without requiring any sealant. Available in 1/4" male or female BSPT/NPT threads, this nozzle offers flow rates ranging from 3.1 to 230 L/hour at 20 bar. The MLNN version includes an integral strainer screen, which helps prevent clogging and ensures long-term performance. The orifice and core tip are made of stainless steel, while the body and cap can be constructed from brass or 303 stainless steel, offering durability and corrosion resistance.
