1. Product Description


The G single screw pump is a type of positive displacement pump that consists of several key components such as the suction chamber, discharge chamber, working part (rotor and stator), driving part, universal joint, seal assembly, and bearing seat. The core working part includes an eccentric rotor and a stator. In every transverse section, the rotor and stator have two contact points, which create two sealing lines along the working parts. As the rotor rotates, these sealing lines form one or more sealing chambers. The media enters the sealing chamber and is smoothly transported from the suction end to the discharge end along the chamber. Throughout the operation, the pressure pulsation is minimal, ensuring no damage to the properties of the pumped medium.
