Stainless Steel NPT Male/Female Thread Needle Valve – 3000-6000 psi
The NF series needle valves are designed for use in one-piece forged valve bodies, offering high performance and reliability in demanding environments. These valves feature a hardened stainless steel, non-rotating needle that ensures leak-tight shutoff and long service life. The up stem threads are cold rolled to provide high strength and smooth operation, while the valve stem threads are isolated from the media to prevent contamination.
Available in both straight and angle patterns, these compact designs are ideal for space-constrained applications. The body materials include stainless steel and other alloy steels, allowing for flexibility in different operating conditions. A safety back-seating needle seal ensures secure closure in the fully open position, while the two-piece knuckle joint provides a non-rotating needle feature, protecting the joint from system media.
The NF series is rated for standard pressures up to 6000 psig (413 bar), and the NHF series can handle up to 10,000 psig (689 bar). The PTFE packing is suitable for temperatures up to 450°F (232°C), and optional graphite packing can withstand temperatures up to 1200°F (649°C). These valves are also suitable for sour gas service, with materials selected in accordance with NACE MR0175/ISO 15156 standards.
Every valve undergoes 100% factory testing with nitrogen to ensure quality and performance. The product includes detailed images of the male thread needle valves in various configurations, showing the precision and durability of the design.






Up to 100 percent of a PET container can be made using recycled PET (rPET), with no limit to the number of times PET material can be reused in container applications.
This label uses label materials from international suppliers. The BOPP label meets APR accreditation requirements, is easily wash-off label, recyclable and environmentally friendly.
