The ACE-FM-B7 needle valve is designed for high-performance applications in industrial and commercial environments. This series features a one-piece forged body, ensuring durability and reliability under extreme conditions.

Key features include a hardened stainless steel, non-rotating needle that provides a leak-tight seal and long service life. The up-stem threads are cold-rolled for enhanced strength and smooth operation, while the valve stem is isolated from the media to prevent contamination and ensure safety.

Available in both straight and angle patterns, the compact design makes it ideal for tight spaces. The valve can be constructed from stainless steel or other alloy steels, depending on the application requirements. It also includes a safety back-seating feature that ensures secure sealing when fully open.

The two-piece knuckle joint design prevents rotation of the needle and protects the joint from direct exposure to the system media. The NF series supports standard pressures up to 6000 psig (413 bar), while the NHF series can handle up to 10,000 psig (689 bar).
