Introduction
The LZ series fine sand recycling equipment integrates advanced foreign technology and is designed based on actual conditions in the sand field. It reaches international advanced levels and is widely used in mud purification, artificial sand production lines, hydropower stations, sand aggregate systems, glass raw material processing systems, coarse slime recovery, and fine material recovery.

Working principle:
In the sand recycling machine, we still use polyurethane screens as the main screening part. By checking its structure, we add a recycling part on the TS dewatering screen. Sand after the sand washer is fed onto the polyurethane screen for dewatering. Waste sand water is transported through steel chutes or rubber pipes in the water tank and extracted by a slurry pump into a high-pressure sediment separator. Fine sand of 0.163 mm is sprayed onto the polyurethane screen for de-watering, and the waste water returns to the return box and flows out.
