After the original image is scanned by the scanner, it is stored in BMP format, binarized, denoised, and then edge-identified by the Sobel edge extraction algorithm. The superiority of the Sobel algorithm in the processing of block diagram structure: after the image is vectorized, the edges are clear, the line segments are continuous, and the contours have no redundant lines. This illustrates the practical significance of this image vectorization technology in CNC wire cutting.

Image vectorization system pays attention to the selection of processing algorithms in the process of image preprocessing and vectorization, and the final vector graphics are saved in binary DXF file, which makes the image vectorization effect better, the graphics read speed block, and enhances the whole CNC line. The intelligent level of the cutting automatic programming system makes the programming method more perfect.
