[ China Instrument Network Instrument Development ] The Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, in collaboration with the Integrated Technology and Economics Research Institute, led by the Ministry of Machinery Industry, launched the "Intelligent Manufacturing Integrated Standardization and New Model Application Project" in 2016. This project, titled "Design and Implementation of Intelligent Integration for Smart Factories / Digital Workshops," provides standardized design guidance and scientific evaluation criteria for the integrated implementation of intelligent manufacturing safety. As the project progressed, the team achieved significant breakthroughs in the research of "safety integration." Based on these results, they developed three software solutions: the "Smart Factory Safety Integrated Monitoring System (Diesel Hydrogenation) Software V1.0," the "Discrete Manufacturing Enterprise Intelligent Security Management System Software V1.0," and the "HAZOP-SIL Analysis Software V1.0." These three software products have been officially authorized by the National Copyright Administration for computer software copyright.

With the rapid development of intelligent manufacturing, the functional safety and information security of smart factories are becoming increasingly interconnected. How to effectively coordinate and implement integrated safety design has become a key topic across various industries. Based on this concept, the project selected a typical diesel hydrogenation process in the process industry as a case study. They developed the "Smart Factory Safety Integrated Monitoring System (Diesel Hydrogenation) Software V1.0," which enables comprehensive monitoring of factory security. It supports real-time curve display and historical data queries for monitoring parameters, provides voice alarms for abnormal data, and offers database functions for storing, querying, and printing all monitoring data.
In the daily operations of discrete manufacturing enterprises, the risk level can fluctuate based on changes in safety-related parameters. Traditional periodic evaluations may not accurately reflect the actual operational status. To address this, the "Discrete Manufacturing Enterprise Intelligent Security Management System Software V1.0" was developed. This software collects and processes safety-related parameters in real time, supporting dynamic display of risk levels and real-time status of security devices. It serves as an essential source for on-site safety data collection and a powerful complement to safety assessments.
The "HAZOP-SIL Analysis Software V1.0" offers an optimized record analysis function for HAZOP studies. It automatically calculates risk levels, hierarchically records protective measures, and provides an analysis worksheet for subsequent SIL grading work. This significantly reduces on-site analysis time for LOPA analysis and improves the consistency and integrity of the analysis scenarios.
