Step 1: Undercoating on base paper - To improve the paper's printing properties (smoother and even surface, better image quality, even distribution of thermal coating).
Step 2: Thermal Coating on under-coating - To enhance color and brightness.
Step 3: Calendaring - Improve paper smoothness.
Step 4: Winding, Packaging & Binding
Step 5: Quality Testing - Includes static and dynamic sensitivity tests to ensure performance.
Step 6: Protective Coating - Applied based on the final use to protect against abrasion, chemicals, etc.
Step 7: Finished bulk warehouse
Step 8: Rewinding & Slitting
Step 9: Checking, Packaging & Palletizing
