Strengthen cooperation with related public service platforms and institutions, promote the sharing of public resources among enterprises, and promote the external cooperation of enterprises:

The member companies have used this platform resource to solve a lot of problems. The platform resources have effectively served the mould enterprises in Chengdu.

(2) Cooperation with Chengdu Chuangyang Industrial Development Zone Kechuang Service Center to promote enterprises to obtain preferential state policies
The enjoyment of preferential policies is an old problem that the company has long paid attention to, but it is hard to get. The association has repeatedly used the methods of preaching and issuing documents to introduce the cases in which Hongming Shuangxin Company obtained a large number of policy support through third-party services, and hoped to arouse the attention of the CEOs of the companies. The association cooperated with the science and technology project application service in the science and innovation project of Qingyang Industrial Development Zone and achieved good results.

(3) Cooperate with EU Project Incubation Center (Chengdu) to promote enterprises to go global.

The EU Project Incubation Center is a non-profit organization supported by the European Commission and the Chinese government. It is an international platform for promoting exchanges and cooperation between Chinese SMEs and EU SMEs.

The association actively communicated with the center and participated in exchange symposiums several times. The association put forward its views and suggestions on the cooperation between the mold enterprises in Chengdu and the EU SMEs, and recommended them to companies that have a desire to cooperate and have a certain foundation. At present, some companies are coordinating and communicating, and some have achieved substantial results. From the perspective of cooperation, enterprises in EU countries are not unattainable. As long as the SMEs in the Chengdu area care about the improvement of the basic work and pay attention to the connection of culture, there are basic conditions.

(4) Communicating with financing agencies and guarantee agencies to establish financing channels

Financing difficulties have always been an obstacle for companies to increase production capacity and solve short-term funding needs. The association has established links with commercial banks in Nanchong City, Chengdu Rural Credit Cooperatives, and Chengdu SME Guaranty Co., Ltd. to introduce cooperation with mold companies and participate in coordination and cooperation.
