Four solid waste samples with different total nitrogen contents were selected for KDN-08C automatic determination of nitrogen. The sample used for the measurement was measured according to the standard, and the nitrogen content was determined based on the standard amount. In this experiment, blank experiments need to be performed for comparison. Except that no sample is added, the other steps and methods are the same as those of the measurement sample.

In the experiment, the KDN-08C fully automatic nitrogen determination instrument had a volume of 250 mL per sample distillate. A certain volume of distillate was sampled and used for the determination of nitrogen content of the sample by Nessler's reagent spectrophotometry. The remaining distillate was measured for the nitrogen content by standard acid titration. The F-test and t-test were performed on the measured values of the national standard soil sample GSS-7 and actual solid waste samples. The results showed that there was no significant difference in precision and accuracy between the two determination methods. The automatic determination of nitrogen in the KDN-08C method was equivalent to 0.010 absorbance after the blank value was subtracted. The detection limit was 4 times the detection limit. The limit is the lower limit of measurement; the titration method uses the 25 mL burette minimum volume as the detection limit. The modified Kjeldahl-Nessler reagent spectrophotometric method for the determination of total nitrogen in solid wastes has a detection limit of 0.0125 g/kg; the revised KDN-08C automatic nitrogen determination method for the determination of total nitrogen in solid wastes is 0.028g/kg.

The KDN-08C automatic nitrogen determination method determines the total nitrogen in solid waste. When the nitrogen content in the sample is relatively high, it will stay away from the standard curve. This means that it can be determined after diluting a certain concentration. The determination of nitrogen at the present is more convenient and accurate. It is more accurate to determine the results. At the same time, the common common nitrogen content determination can be applied to determine the amount of certain substances such as proteins, compared with the traditional methods before. Good advantage.
