JAC intends to invest 446 million yuan to implement three projects

Jianghuai Power Co., Ltd. has recently announced the approval of three key projects by its Board of Directors, including the implementation of the 2010 V348 project, the E802 engine development initiative, and the V348A4 line mold renovation project. The total investment for these initiatives amounts to 446 million yuan, reflecting the company’s commitment to innovation and product improvement. The 2010 V348 project aims to enhance the interior design of the current Transit V348 models and reconfigure the seating layout to better meet evolving customer expectations. A significant portion of the funding will be allocated to engineering development, mold procurement, and commissioning expenses. Meanwhile, the E802 engine project focuses on upgrading the existing 4JB1 engine to comply with stricter emission standards. This initiative is expected to be fully operational by mid-2012, with investments primarily directed toward engineering research, equipment acquisition, and tooling fixtures. In addition, the V348A4 line mold renovation project is designed to modernize and install new molds for the V348A4 production line, ensuring greater efficiency and precision in manufacturing. These upgrades are part of a broader strategy to maintain competitiveness in the automotive market. Recent production and sales figures released by JAC Power in March showed a positive trend compared to February. In March, the company produced a total of 11,200 vehicles, representing a 10.89% year-over-year increase. Sales also rose significantly, with 125,000 units sold, marking a 12.61% growth from the same period last year. These results highlight the company's strong performance and growing market presence. Overall, these new projects and improved sales figures signal a promising phase for Jianghuai Power as it continues to invest in technological advancements and expand its product offerings.

PP Plastic also named Polypropylene,is similar to PE. But PE is more harder more heat resistant.But PP is more durable.Mostly plastic tray is produced by PP plastic.


PMMA plastic also named acrylic or glass fiber.It has properties of tensile strength, transparency, polishability and UV tolerance but less impact strength.It is available in clear, antiglare, opal, white, and frosted.It is best choice for windows, displays or see-through enclosures.


PETG named Polyethylene Terephthalate Glycol is another clear rigid plastic sheet.PETG is easily vacuum formed, printed, bonded and polished. As its' excellent clarity and impact resistance, it is widely used in outdoor application.


PC named polycarbonate, has combined advantage of PMMA and ABS. Usually is transparency and semi- transparency. It is expensive but that is best choice for clear plastic vacuum forming.



ASA is one new material which has all good properties of ABS. But much good UV resistant for outdoor usage. It usually be used for radome,air conditioning housing etc outdoor products.



Meanwhile, ABS capped acylic combined the good properties of ABS and acylic. ABS capped polycarbonate combined the good properties of ABS and polycarbonate.If you need high glossy surface for your design,then this is your only choice.
