Principle

The system uses a pressure sensor or flow meter to convert signals into electrical inputs, which are then processed by the automatic control box. The control box sends feedback to the inverter, which adjusts the motor speed by changing the frequency. This allows the pump to operate at variable speeds, maintaining a constant water pressure at a designated point while adjusting flow rate according to water demand. This not only saves energy but also ensures a stable and safe operation.

Multiple pumps are connected in parallel within the system. When water usage is less than or equal to the flow of a single pump, the variable frequency pump starts. As demand increases beyond the capacity of one pump, additional pumps are activated. The variable frequency pump then plays a regulatory role. When usage decreases, the pumps are turned off sequentially until only the variable frequency pump remains active.

The system also includes a pressure pump or pressure tank. When water consumption is low, the pressure tank stores pressurized water to maintain system stability. The variable frequency pump can then be stopped, further enhancing energy efficiency. The unit consists of one to four main pumps, a constant pressure pump (or pressure tank), pipelines, valves, automation instruments, and an automatic frequency conversion control box, making it compact, easy to install, and highly reliable after factory testing.
