Principle
The system uses a pressure sensor or flowmeter to convert data into electrical signals, which are then processed by an automatic control box. These signals are sent to an inverter, which adjusts the motor speed to maintain constant water pressure at a designated point. The flow rate is adjusted based on actual water consumption, achieving both energy savings and safe operation. Multiple pumps are connected in parallel; when water usage is low, only the variable frequency pump operates, and as demand increases, additional pumps are activated. When usage decreases, the pumps are turned off one by one. A pressure tank or pump is also included to store pressurized water during low demand periods, improving energy efficiency. The system includes one to four main pumps, a constant pressure pump (or pressure tank), pipelines, valves, automation instruments, and a control box, making it compact, easy to install, and highly reliable after rigorous factory testing.
