INTRODUCTION OF QUICK CONNECTOR
1) Design and Production
Innovative, secure, and quick, our quick connect fittings are made of synthetic materials and are suitable for most media-carrying lines, such as fuel, oil vapor, water cooling, and air systems. They offer an ideal connection method and are specially designed to match automotive piping systems. The design and production strictly follow SAE J2044-2009 standards. If the product doesn't meet customer needs, we can customize it according to specific requirements. The plug-in and self-locking structure allows for fast and easy connections. The space required for operation is only the width of a finger on both sides, making it possible to arrange connectors densely and increase customer design flexibility.
2) Security of Quick Connector
The quick connector features a double sealing ring radial sealing structure with modified rubber O-rings, which are resistant to fluid chemistry, aging, corrosion, and swelling. The outer O-rings are separated by an intermediate spacer ring, preventing bonding between the two sealing rings. Synthetic rubber O-rings are used to enhance mechanical properties and prevent aging. The sealing ring and spacer ring are securely fastened in the shell using an elastic clamping device, ensuring no ring fall or shift occurs. This guarantees excellent sealing performance.

5) Connect & Disconnect Operation Method of Quick Connector
The quick connector consists of a body, inner O-ring, outer O-ring, spacer ring, securing ring, and locking spring. When a mating tube end piece is inserted into the connector, the locking spring's elasticity ensures a secure connection. To disconnect, push the male connector and press the clip button to release it easily. Please note that SAE 30th heavy oil lubrication should be used before reseating.
