INTRODUCTION OF QUICK CONNECTOR

1) Design and Production

Whether it's fuel, oil vapor, water cooling, or air carrying lines, we offer an ideal connection solution. These quick connectors are especially designed to match automotive piping systems.
The design and production of the quick connector strictly comply with SAE J2044-2009, which is a standard for liquid fuel and vapor or emissions systems. If the product does not meet customer needs, we can tailor and manufacture according to specific requirements. The plug-in and self-locking structure allows for faster and easier connection and disconnection. The operation requires only the width of a finger on both sides, making it easy to achieve high-density arrangements and increasing customer design flexibility.

The quick connector features a double sealing ring radial sealing structure, using modified rubber O-rings that are suitable for fluid applications. These O-rings are resistant to aging, corrosion, and swelling. The outer O-rings are separated by an intermediate spacer ring. This design prevents bonding between the two sealing rings, ensuring better mechanical properties and preventing air aging. The sealing ring and spacer ring are securely fastened in the shell via an elastic clamping device, ensuring no issues like ring falling or shifting. This guarantees excellent sealing security.

The quick connector consists of a body, inner O-ring, outer O-ring, spacer ring, securing ring, and locking spring. When a mating tube end piece is inserted into the connector, the locking spring’s elasticity allows the clip fastener to connect the two connectors. Pull back to ensure a complete connection. To repair or remove the quick connector, first push the male connector and press the clip button to expand the lock, then pull out the connector easily. Please note that SAE 30th heavy oil lubrication should be used before reseating.

A solid-melting furnace, the two sides of the furnace body of the solid-melting furnace are respectively provided with a feeding door and a discharging door; A workpiece conveyor belt that can place workpieces, a plurality of heating units are respectively arranged in the furnace along the feeding direction, and the heating units include an air guide device, a heat radiation tube and a heat circulation fan. The cover is arranged above the workpiece conveyor belt, the thermal circulation fan and the heat radiation pipe are fixed in the inner recess of the air guide device, and the two sides of the inner recess of the air guide device are provided with air inlets and are connected with the air outlet of the heat circulation fan. The hot air blown by the fan is guided by the air guide device and then all blown onto the surface of the workpiece placed on the workpiece conveyor belt. The solid melting furnace can improve the guidance of the heat flow, ensure that the workpiece is heated evenly, thereby improving the heating quality, and at the same time, it can meet the requirements of the furnace. The internal temperature difference is 1.5℃~2℃.
