5) Open the water seal tube and check the circulation. The water should be free of oil.
6) After the equipment is started for 3-5 minutes, it is considered that the operation is normal, and a small amount of ore can be started, and the load is gradually reached.
2, parking method
1) Before the parking, the ore must be stopped. After the ore in the crusher is finished, press the stop button to stop.
2) Close the water seal pipe and the water cooling pipe.
3) Stop the oil pump and dust removal equipment .
4) During operation, it is necessary to pay attention to whether the voltage, current, oil pressure and water pressure are normal, and should be accurately recorded on time.
5) Whether the operation sound of each part of the equipment is normal, the bevel gear rotation should not produce strong noise and periodic noise.
6) Observe whether there is a mixture of oil and water.
7) It is found that the motor smokes, ignites, and the oil return temperature exceeds 60. The machine parts are broken, the broken pieces are stuck, the spring is broken, and the vehicle should be stopped urgently.
Second, maintenance procedures
1. The operator should be familiar with the structure, performance, and the names, specifications, and functions of the components, and use them reasonably.
2. The maintenance personnel require the “four-set” principle to lubricate the parts of the lubrication diagram, and the amount of oil in the lubrication part must not be excessive.
3. The filter unit should be cleaned frequently to keep it clean.
4. The return oil temperature generally does not exceed 55 °C, and the temperature of each bearing does not exceed 60 °C.
5. Observe the operation of the equipment, whether there is vibration or not, and whether the sound is normal.
6. Always check the bolts of each part for looseness.
7. Observe the electrical instruments and technical conditions of all electrical appliances at any time.
8. Check for looseness between the moving cone liner and the fixed liner.
9. Maintain equipment hygiene and sanitation.
Third, maintenance procedures
1. Maintenance period: minor repair for 1 month, medium repair for 12 months, overhaul for 18 months.

I. Check the lubrication and wear of bearings, tapered sleeves, eccentric bushings, base bushings, break bearings, bevel gears, etc., and adjust the clearance.

3 , maintenance quality standards
I. The horizontal deviation of the base should be less than 0.1mm per person.
II. The displacement error of the center line of the new and old stands is not more than 2mm.
III. The shaft of the drive shaft should be no more than 0.25-0.3mm.
IV. The matching top clearance of the bearing and shaft of the sliding bearing should be 0.24-0.4mm, the side clearance should be 0.1-0.2mm, and the contact point should be 1-2 points to open the oil groove.
V. The side of the transmission gear gap is 2.5-3mm, and the radial clearance is 3.5-4.3mm.
VI. Gear meshing is normal.
VII. The support ring part is firm and reliable, and the oil hole is unblocked.
VIII. The gap between the eccentric bearing and the bushing is 1.5-2mm, the gap between the vertical shaft and the taper sleeve is 2.5-3mm, and the lower part is 8-10mm. .
IX. The spherical contact width of the spherical bearing and the crushing cone shall be 1/3 - 1/2 of the radius of the spherical bearing, the contact point shall not be less than 1 point per square centimeter, and the wedge gap of 0.5-1 mm shall be maintained along the inner circumference.
X. inlet holes, water holes, an annular sealing groove, the water spray orifices point ore, iron rust, raw sewage and the like must be cleaned, a blowhole may not be arbitrarily expanded or reduced, and the dust seal preventing crushing cone The dust ring gap should be 1.5-3mm.
XI. When installing the moving cone liner, the deflection should not exceed 3mm.
XII. Carry out trial operation, empty running for 15-30 minutes, all parts should have no abnormal vibration and noise, and the support ring should be free from sloshing and jumping. The vibration of the machine base is not more than 0.5mm. .
XIII. After the large and medium repair of the cone crusher , the acceptance procedure must be fulfilled.
