Description
The SJPT series twin screw extruder is designed specifically for processing clean PET flakes into high-quality granules. This machine is widely used in the production of PET pellets and can also be adapted for other materials such as PP, PE, PA, and ABS. The system includes a SHJ parallel twin screw extruder, die, hydraulic screen exchanger, cooling flume, air dryer, cutter, and silo. It is ideal for recycling and processing plastic waste efficiently.
Structure of PET Flakes Pelletizing Line:
The system consists of two stages: the first stage is a single screw extruder, and the second stage is a low-speed single screw extruder. These two units are arranged vertically to optimize the process flow and improve efficiency.
