**From Kevin Griffin:** On Sunday, around 3:27 PM, the fire departments of Tinley Park, Oak Forest, and Orland were called to respond to a house fire at 6120 Jody Lane. By the time I arrived roughly 10 minutes later, the scene was already under control. Tinley Park’s Engine 202 had been the first responder on the scene, arriving just as the 1-1/2 story house was engulfed in flames. When I got there, Oak Forest Engine 12 was already working on opening up the roof, while Tinley Truck 204 was also heading to the roof to assist. The fire was fully extinguished by around 4:00 PM. The companies that responded to the incident included Tinley Park's Engines 201, 202, and 203, along with Truck 204. Oak Forest sent their Engine 12, Ambulance 12, and Truck 7, while Orland dispatched their Truck 7 and Battalion Chief 1. It was an impressive coordinated effort between all the departments involved. *(Attached are several photos taken by Kevin Griffin showing different angles of the fire scene.)* --- *Note: This account reflects my observations from the time. The sequence of events may have varied slightly depending on who you ask, but this is how it unfolded from my perspective.*
