Fire truck diversion and water injection:
1. When using the water in the pond, remove the suction pipe, one end is connected to the pump suction port, the other end is connected to the water filter and put into the pond, close the water inlet valve, open the water diversion valve, then you can turn to the water Tank water injection.
2. When using water in fire hydrants, use water hoses to connect the fire hydrants to the water injection port outside the water tank. The water is directly injected into the water tank.
Fire truck water: When the fire truck uses the water in the water tank, open the rear water inlet valve and start the fire pump, perform the following operations:
1. Low pressure water. After the fire pump work, open the low pressure water ball valve to achieve low pressure water.
2. Shoot out the water. When working at low pressure, close the low-pressure water outlet ball valve and open the ball valve to achieve fire extinguishing.
When using fire engines should also pay attention
1. After the water pump of the fire truck is used up, turn on the remaining water switch on the pump and let go of the remaining water in the pump. After the remaining water is drained, close all switches to prevent freezing and the next use.
2. After the water pump has used sea water, sewage, corrosive water flow and foam mixture, apply clean water for more than 1 minute to clean off the residual liquid in the pump.
3. Regularly inspect the lubricant inside the bearing. If it is below the oil level, it should be supplemented.
4. After using the fire pump in winter, run the piston pump several times to drain the residual water in the piston pump to prevent freezing.
5. It is forbidden for water pump to idle for a long time ( more than 1min )
