Supercapacitors are new energy devices that improve and solve the application of electric energy performance, and are widely used in the fields of electric power, automobiles, and energy. There are inconsistencies in the performance parameters such as the electrostatic capacity and internal resistance of the super capacitor, which affects the life of the capacitor and the reliability of the overall circuit.
The "Research on the Method for Measuring the Capacitance of Energy Storage Type Supercapacitors" has developed a measuring device for charging and discharging of supercapacitors, and proposed a method for measuring the electrostatic capacitance of a supercapacitor by a constant load discharge, which eliminates the influence of current stability in a constant current charging and discharging method; The influence of the initial voltage of the capacitor on the measurement of the electrostatic capacitance in the constant current charging method was evaluated. The dynamic capacitance of the super capacitor was measured, which provided an important technical basis for the determination of the consistency of the capacitance. The project has published 5 academic papers and applied for 2 invention patents. The overall technical indicators of the project have reached the international advanced level.
The project achievements have enhanced the electromagnetic parameters measurement capability of the Shanghai Metrology Institute and provided technical support for calibration in the smart grid, new energy and other technical fields.
