Introduction:

S800 explosion-proof pressure transmitter consists of ADG brand flameproof enclosure with integrated smart sensor and integrated circuit. The transmitter part is composed of pressure or differential pressure sensor, signal processing, digital processing chip, data memory circuit, etc. and then externally added with intelligent display header. The pressure signal is converted into an electrical signal by a pressure sensor and processed by an integrated circuit to a dedicated digital processing chip, then converted to a 4-20mA output signal corresponding to the pressure signal, and a HART digital signal is superimposed on the current signal for continuity. The entire S800 is explosion-proof. The pressure transmitter explosion-proof level reaches ExdIICT6Gb level.

According to the requirements of the current national standard GB 3836.1-2010 "Explosive atmospheres Part 1: General requirements for equipment", under the same conditions, the electrical equipment with explosion-proof signs up to the Ex d IIC T6 Gb standard shall be higher than the explosion-proof mark up to Ex. d IIB T6 Gb standard electrical equipment.
