This kind of conveyor conveys powdery materials with poor effect, and it is not suitable to transport viscous materials with more water. It is not efficient when transporting upwards.
Vibrating conveyors can be divided into horizontal and vertical types according to the direction of conveying materials. According to the different driving modes, the vibrating conveyor can be divided into three types: electromagnetic vibration, inertial vibration and eccentric link vibration.
Second, electromagnetic vibration conveyor
The electromagnetic vibrating conveyor is similar to the electromagnetic vibrating feeder, except that the length of the conveyor is longer, up to 8 meters. In order to lengthen the conveying distance, multiple electromagnetic vibrators can be used for driving, but synchronous adjustment is more difficult. Commonly used electromagnetic vibration conveyors are available in GZ and ZDF types.

It is possible to transport 2 to 3 conveyors in a rigid connection to increase the conveying distance.
