In the energy-saving renovation of street lamps, Yima City signed a road lighting renovation contract with Beijing Yuda Energy-saving Technology Co., Ltd. for 15 roads including Renmin Road, Lianyin Road, Zhujiang Road, Qianqiu Road and Hongqing Road in the main city. The 2074-inch old streetlights on the neighbourhood trail were energy-efficient. This mode can save electricity costs of more than 1.5 million yuan per year without changing the original road lighting related facilities and the original street lighting style. Yima City pays the investment cost of the enterprise by using the cost of electricity saved by energy saving and consumption reduction, and the energy-saving enterprise is responsible for the maintenance and other expenses within 10 years after the street lamp renovation, realizing zero government investment and effectively reducing the government's financial burden. The streetlight renovation project implemented by the city is the first attempt of the EMC model in the Sanmenxia area. After the renovation, the road lighting effect is remarkable, achieving the dual purpose of improving the road lighting environment and energy conservation and emission reduction, and improving the city's taste and image.
