One of the key features of the Checker 101E is its ability to directly receive encoder signals, eliminating the need for a PLC when tracking and rejecting components on variable-speed production lines. This significantly reduces system complexity and cost. This allows up to 4,000 components to be accurately detected between the sensing and rejection points. In addition to detecting full components, the Checker can also be used for tracking and analyzing networks, helping to optimize and control the production process more effectively.
