The primary buffer tank is not painted. The inlet suction valve is not replaced during the maintenance process, and the process pipeline is also before the start of construction. No purging is carried out, there are many impurities in the pipeline, and there are impurities in the inside of the gas valve. The impurities in the pipeline are brought into the gas valve during the startup process, causing the inlet valve to be closed tightly, and the gas is compressed and then returned, causing the inlet temperature to gradually rise. The paint layer on the outer wall of the first-stage buffer tank is softened and softened by high temperature.

Solution: Replace the failed filter to ensure that impurities in the pipeline cannot enter all the airflow passages of the compressor; replace all suction valves, seat gaskets and valve cover gaskets and clean the valve seat; for all suction valves The top opener and the attached wind line are inspected to ensure that the suction valve is open and closed freely and works normally; replace or clean the exhaust valve with high temperature during the test run and install it correctly to ensure that the valve does not leak. In addition, all air valves are airtight tested to ensure that they are leak-free; check the oiler and oil line check valves to adjust the oil filling; check the cooling water line to ensure good cooling.

The airflow passage of the compressor pipe network system is filled with foreign matter, and the failure of the suction valve is the direct cause of the compressor not being applied. After the test, the temperature of the inlet reached 140 °C, and it continued to rise to about 175 °C. After running for 2 hours, the inlet temperature was measured at 37 °C, and the temperature slowly returned to normal operation. It can be seen that the foreign matter filled in the flow passage of part of the valve is completely extracted, and the entire airflow pipe network system is unimpeded and the fault is eliminated.
